Panacea
The world is unstable. Has anyone tried to bring forth solutions?

I tried. Been there, done that.
Hydrocarbon Conspiracy wasn't my first project.
I have theories as to where this is all headed, and offer some insight so you know I'm genuine.
I'll show you the technical goods first, then I'm going to bring the Bible in to the equation after you've read all that. It seems to be about the only thing making sense.

I saw this coming in the mid 2000's.
In the mid 2000's, I had an interest in water fuel and free energy machines (excluding solar and wind power).
The conspiracies concerning the inventors of such gave the issue more credibility.
I was involved in the solutions game and helped launch an organisation whose heyday ran from 2007 - 2012.

You may or may not have heard of them.
There's a Facebook page, but it's currently only run by one of the volunteers, not the main founder.
The main founder has essentially vanished off the internet.
You can still find fragments of Panacea online, but most of it is noise.

What's wrong with solar and batteries?
Solar was very expensive back then (that's why most of the old grid connected systems were only 1.5Kw).
Solar batteries were essentially unheard of (unless you were off grid), very expensive, bulky, and required maintenance.
LED lighting was in its infancy - they weren't very bright.
Clearly times have changed.

Sure, there's solar and wind power, but solar doesn't work at night and wind turbines don't work when there's no wind. Some people call it renewable energy. More like unreliable energy. To get to the point, of many claimed free energy systems, I believe there's one system that is likely to work, but the government stopped it.

Lithium-Ion batteries catch fire easily.
LiFePo4 batteries are manufactured but there's only so much raw material available.
Sodium Ion batteries look more promising but are in their infancy.
Given the wonders of hemp, I think hemp based batteries are possible but few have looked into that.

But there's free energy videos on social media?
Most of those are bogus. Notice that they never sell kits?
It's amazing what you can do with an induction cooktop that has been hacked apart, or hidden lithium batteries.

Panacea - How They Went Wrong?
Looking for panacea-bocaf.org ? I'm the co-founder. I'll tell you what went wrong.
Panacea means remedy, a cure for all. I didn't name the organisation but it was fitting.
BOCAF meant Building Our Children A Future. I didn't coin that term either, but ok, fair call.
Ironically, "How They Went Wrong" was a page on the Panacea website back in its day, about how all the others went wrong. But apparently there's no such thing as controlled opposition.
There's a lot of information that the government and certain major corporations would rather us not know about.
The idea of Panacea was to promote alternative energy and sustainable solutions.
We had a lot of interesting stuff come through.
In terms of alternative energy, most of it was bollocks but there were certainly some promising solutions there too.

I helped start Panacea in late 2006.
If you don't give these things a try, you'll never know.
I helped work on some of the solutions as well as internet content and promotion.
I also worked a day job to help fund it.
There were other volunteers we helped co-ordinate.
The first free energy machine we encountered was the Chas Campbell Snooker Ball Gravity Wheel. That was in 2007. It had no regulation and became unstable, but was enough of a proof of concept to justify digging deeper.
We tested a bunch of fuel saver solutions over the years. Some vehicles had computer fuel injection, others were purely mechanical fuel injection. We got the dyno and emissions results too.
The Hidro+ system by James Kwok was interesting. We saw the live demonstration in March 2011 on the Gold Coast. It appeared to work.
Donations gradually increased over time.
A problem was becoming increasingly apparent. We had replicated a Water Fuel Cell based on Ravi's version of Stan Meyer's Water Fuel Cell. The goons told Ravi to stop working on it or else, so he shared the information with us. The design had a major flaw and although I'm more technically inclined than the founder is, I wasn't allowed to suggest corrections in order to make it work. The focus of the organisation spread too thin. I didn't really have much of a say in that. The founder started producing content on health stuff - but it wasn't an appropriate time for that to be the main focus as we had demonstrated working technical solutions justifying getting further funds.
I could only volunteer for so long. Either start paying as promise or I move on. I had to move on with my life.
I withdrew my support in late 2012, I cut up my bank card for the organisation's trust bank account, and we parted ways.
I kept copies of the master material.
My name was removed from the website but it was obvious as the remaining information was left on there.
The website domain name expired in January 2026 (the main founder didn't pay the renewal fee) and the person who won the auction isn't interested in selling the domain name. Essentially, it's now run by a bunch of impersonators.
The Panacea website - a preview

My name was there but was removed years after the main founder and I parted ways in 2013. Screenshot captured from the website in 2018. This website is no longer. The main founder let the domain expire in Janaury 2026 and is now run by a bunch of impersonators.

Chas Campbell (inventor) and his two systems

We witnessed these two systems in 2007.

The system on the left is bogus. It's simply a motor, flywheel, and alternator. You can find similar systems promoted on AliExpress to this day, promoted as "Free Energy" systems. Many people with no mechanical understanding claim it is free energy. I can assure you it is not free energy.

The system on the right seems promising. It is a large wheel containing snooker balls and rail transfer mechanisms. One element of skepticism suggests that the wheel picks up speed by itself due to the balls being loaded on the start along the top of the system. It certainly gained speed to the point you'd have snooker balls flying across the room.

Hidro+ demonstration on the Gold Coast

March 2011. Inventor: James Kwok

If you want renewable baseload power that works on a calm night, this system seems promising. It transfers compressed air back and forth between two chambers immersed in water in the tower. The Australian government knocked it back because it could generate electricity.

Ravi-Meyer Water Fuel Cell

2008

Some people have been using hydrogen cells on their cars for years to enhance fuel combustion, efficiency, and reduce emissions.
Normally you put a chemical in the water to make it conduct electricity. This system uses coils instead. The goons told Ravi to stop working on it or else. Our tests showed it produced copious amounts of gas, moments before the MOSFET (Q1 in the image below) failed. This diagram is close, but needs improvement to make it workable.

Weather modification

Yes, you read right. Some people disagree but food originates from farms, not from factories / warehouses / shops. Farmers need water to grow food. If you need rain, there's ways to get it.

The image on the left is a Cloud Buster test on the Brisbane river (2009). Point it at a cloud and the cloud vanishes. Weird, but it worked. Orgone energy (however that worked). If you heard about the Joe Cell for fuelling engines, come to think of it, I think an orgone accumulator would have worked better than a traditional "Joe Cell". I met "Joe Cell" Joe in 2006.

The image on the right is more scientifically based (Concept). Everyone knows about the cloud seeding, but the negative ion generation method? 40 thousand volts at several kilowatts of power is extremely dangerous, it would need to be contained within an interlocked compound yard.

Those solutions were a long time ago! Where is all this heading?
Crickets and controlled opposition will do that.
The idea of Biblical end times seems to be about the only thing making any sense these days.
Of all I've researched, I'm inclined to believe the pre tribulation rapture theory is most likely. I could be wrong, but I can't see the logic in the post tribulation view.
I've always believed in Jesus but most churches fail to address end times prophecies. They're more interested in numbers and collecting money than they are telling the truth. Some even teach that you can live however you want, with no regard to how Jesus wants us to live. Those of us who are trying to point out the truth (according to the scriptures) are getting drowned out by all the noise.
If you believe something, you need to have good reason to believe.
While many people have theories on when the end may happen, no one knows when it will happen for sure.
You know how God opens and closes doors on things in life? That.
Back in the day, I left it open to God to decide if my involvement and Panacea should move forward or not.
Not my will but His.
Most people think that Jesus doesn't come until the end when everything is trashed and there's hardly anyone left. While that is true, some scriptures indicate Jesus coming sooner to remove His people out before all chaos unfolds.
Have you seen that movie called "2012"? That. It hasn't happened yet. It's a movie about a rogue planet that enters our solar system and causes the Earth's north and south poles to reverse. It causes chaos. If you want scriptures, try Isaiah 24, Revelation 6 & 12. There's scientific data indicating that the incoming Planet X system is causing the increase in volcanoes, earthquakes, and wild weather (due to rising sea temperatures). If you look at the fossil records, there's remnants of sea creatures on Mt Everest and trees wedged in various rock layers. Read up Creation.com and Ken Ham if you want more of that stuff. I'm saying that major geological changes happened around the time of the flood of Noah. I suspect Planet X last passed Earth around that time. The Bible says there won't be another global flood, but asteroids falling from the sky and the Earth being scorched by heat. I suspect the Planet X system collided with two planets in our solar system, resulting in asteroid belts. The next time the Planet X system passes by, its gravity will pull those asteroids with it. When Jesus said that the end times would be like the days of Noah, He wasn't only referring to moral decline but also the Planet X system.
Yes I believe climate change is real, but I don't believe it's caused by the magnetic effects of the incoming Planet X system, not CO2.

Technical support still on offer:
I'm publishing this for awareness, not for intended material gain.
Sure, we can do what we're good at in this life, but it isn't the be all and end all.
Though if someone offers me a lab, salary, and the necessary materials to move forward, I won't say no.
I can give some basic information for free but can't give it all away for free, I have to look after myself too.

The meaning of life is to know Jesus and make Him known.
Excessive wealth is not the goal of life.
"The love of money is the roof of evil" (1 Timothy 6).
Some false churches who teach the prosperity gospel disagree.
I stand by the end times Bible theory.

What is the message of Jesus, in a nutshell, and how do I avoid the chaos that is yet to come?
You only live twice, but where?
You don't go on vacation ☠️ without packing the right stuff ✝️ otherwise it's a lousy 🔥 vacation ☠️
The rapture is when Jesus comes to remove His own people out and take them to Heaven with Him while the Great Tribulation (Daniel 12:1, Matthew 24:21) takes place for those left behind here on Earth. I wouldn't wish it on anyone to be left behind.
Of all the religious founders, only Jesus was known to have defeated the tomb. He was only buried a couple of days. All the other religious founders are still dead and buried. It gives credibility to what He has to say. Most of the Bible prophecies have been fulfilled with impeccable accuracy, good enough reason to believe the rest of it.
Jesus said "repent and believe". Repent, meaning that if you live like Hell, it has negative impact on other people, and you'll change how you live accordingly. Believe, as in Jesus is the only one who can guarantee life after this life, no one else offers it (John 14:6, Acts 4:12).
Once Saved, Always Saved? Ephesians 4:30, though they leave out the rest of the chapter saying that it requires a change in how you live. You can't profess Jesus, live like Hell, and expect to enter Heaven. You'll never be perfect this side of eternity but you're forgiven, perfection will be all sorted when we get there.
I left my body a few nights after a flu shot in 2005, I was 20 at the time, the light hated when I worked out something wasn't quite right with it and I asked it "Is Jesus there?". 2 Corinthians 11:14 (Satan appears as a light), Ephesians 5:11 (Expose the works of darkness), Galatians 1 / 2 Corinthians 11 (Another Jesus, another gospel). It took me years to make sense of it all.
